Michael Brassey

I have been practising meditation and mindfulness for over 20 years. Six of which I trained as a Buddhist monk under the guidance of Tibetan Lama – Gueshe Kelsang.

I have given courses in the UK, Portugal and Spain.

It is my wish to share these valuable techniques to help others experience more peaceful states of mind and enjoy living more in the present momentboth in the professional and personal environment.
