6-Week Class with Certified Fitness Pros

 

Three workouts in one! This 15/15/15 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. It features 15 minutes of strength training, 15 minutes of energizing floor based cardio moves and a grand finale 15 minutes of core and flexibility exercises. All of this adds up to fun for everyone. If you want a routine that makes you work your entire body, burn fat and bust calories, 15/15/15 is the class you’re looking for!

 

Are you ready for the challenge? Suitable for ALL levels, including beginners.
