I am a certified health coach, yoga instructor, and pranic practitioner.
It’s my passion to help people be their best most enlivened, vibrant self, free from limitations of the mind, body, and spirit.
I am able to facilitate personal transformations through my background in psychology and my training in various forms of yoga, meditation, and alternative healing modalities.
I was trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied various dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
I decided to go in a journey of self discovery due my tough environment growing up, which made me want to learn everything about the human body and mind.
Through my education on various healing modalities and life experience I discovered that through ancient medical wisdom we can begin to heal the body with the things usually found in grocery, in the garden, or within ourselves.
I became an avid explorer of yoga. I was continually excited and inspired by what my discoveries on and off the mat would be. Learning how to cope with heavy experience from the past and gaining new strength to deal with everyday stress. Yoga was my gateway for self-transformation and guide to discover my own openness, strength, and joy. It gave me the courage to accept where I was and to always do my best.
Pranic Healing came into my life then after. Pranic healing, a highly developed and tested system of energy medicine, which utilizes prana (life force) to restore, balance, harmonize, and transform the body’s energy process. I found this to be very powerful in healing traumas, releasing stress, and facilitating the achievement of any goal by clearing those blockages that keeps us stuck.
My changes were so profound that I yearn to share the healing and empowerment with others. I believe true freedom is the ability to be your full self at all times, know who you are and what you want, being able to express your gifts to the world, and cope with changes and adversity in a positive way. I think the most powerful thing you can ever get are the tools to deal with anything that comes your way and not depend on anything or anyone else. It is about you feeling good and having the power to create that change you want.
