Matthew Ibrahim

Matthew Ibrahim is a strength and conditioning coach at Boston Underground Strength Training, a licensed manual therapist at Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness, and a provider for Clinical Athlete. He is an experienced coach, therapist, speaker, teacher, and author, after having spent the past decade in athletic performance and sports medicine. A highly sought-after resource and thought leader for healthy and injured athletes alike, he regularly consults with sports teams, collegiate programs, and corporate organizations.
Throughout his career, Matthew has worked with members of the NHL, NBA, NFL, and MLB. Additionally, he has worked with the general population from all walks of life, including the likes of powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters, CrossFit athletes, marathon runners, and triathletes.
Dr. Zak Gabor is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Strength and Conditioning Coach, speaker, and writer. In clinic, he uses his sports-based orthopedic rehabilitation and physical therapy knowledge combined with a strong emphasis on strength training and sports performance.
Zak regularly provides sports rehabilitation treatment for competitive athletes in powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit, while having a proven track record for getting them back to training stronger and more resilient than before. He is a therapist and coach at Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness, in addition to being a Boston-based provider for the Clinical Athlete network.
Collectively, Matthew and Zak's professional work have been featured in major publications, such as Men’s Fitness, STACK, The PTDC, The CrossFit Journal, Breaking Muscle, Juggernaut Training Systems, and Sports Rehab Expert. Their educational Hip Hinge 101 Workshop, which they co-teach together, has been presented to both fitness and rehab professionals in MA, CT, NH, NY, RI, CO, and VT.
