The Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA) is the largest organization advocating for the rights and integration of immigrants and refugees across our Commonwealth. Founded in 1987, we serve more than 1 million foreign-born people through policy analysis and advocacy, institutional organizing, education and strategic communications. 

MIRA is powered by our 130+ members, including grassroots organizations; legal, social and health service providers; faith-based organizations, and civil and human rights advocacy groups.
