Leadership & organisational development consultant, executive coach, and CEO of Leading Minds Consulting where she works with senior teams and boards, helping them become more effective in leading change, and managing the dynamics of boardroom behaviour for better governance. She uses the Adaptive Leadership framework in her practice, and in April 2015 co-designed and delivered an Adaptive Leadership workshop with Marty Linsky, for senior education leaders in the UK.
Before this, she held a number of national senior leadership roles in education and health, trained at the Tavistock (where she taught and was also Director of Postgraduate Studies) and at Ashridge Business School. She is an alumni and graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government’s Executive Education Program ‘Adaptive Leadership,’ and was a visiting faculty member for the Clinical Psychology Doctoral training at Canterbury Christchurch University until 2015, where she led a reflective practice group for trainees as an integral part of their professional training. She is External Examiner for Cambridge University’s Certificate and Diploma in coaching, and is co-editor and author of a recent book on creating a coaching culture for managers in organisations.
