Marquette University Center for Real Estate

About the Center for Real Estate (CRE)

The CRE was established in 2008 through the efforts of Founding Members who contributed more than $800,000 in initial operating funds. The CRE was established to generate, disseminate and deepen commercial real estate knowledge on many fronts: on campus, in Milwaukee, throughout the Midwest and on a national level by focusing on Applied learning through our three pillars: Teaching, Research and Outreach. The Center’s vision is to be a nationally recognized leader of undergraduate learning among applied commercial real estate programs. As the only Jesuit university in the country offering a commercial real estate curriculum, the program is uniquely grounded on a solid foundation of business principles, ethics and an environment that engages students, professionals and academics alike.
