The Marist Arts Guild (MAG) - is an organization comprised of parents, faculty, alumni, and friends of the school’s fine arts programs.
MAG contributes funds to enhance the arts experience of Marist students. MAG monies are used to underwrite summer arts programs, purchase uniforms and band instruments, and provide items such as new shelving for the art room. MAG is striving to increase its direct financial support to the fine arts while improving the organization’s ability to provide funding to meet long-term educational and capital goals.
Recently, MAG contributed $30,000 as a collaborative partner with public companies and private foundations to construct Marist School’s new Digital Arts Studio. This fusion of creativity and twenty-first century technology will allow for new elective courses in graphic arts and bring new depth to student projects such as the Blue and Gold student paper, the Rapier, and the The Guidon, Marist School’s yearbook.
