Natural lifestyle solutions, healthy eating and a wellness mindset are an integral part of our healthy life in our family.  Everyone from my wonderful MIL to my 8 year old son and 2 year old black lab walk in the wellness lifestyle and embrace and use natural remedies and essential oils for our best health.  We eat amazing, healthy foods that taste delicious and enjoy a wellness lifestyle that puts our health and well being front and center.  I want to share with you what we've come to know over the past few years.  That is, we can make the switch to safer using natural products, whole foods and wellness practices in our daily lives for our best health!  Kicking the chemicals and other ingredients to the curb that don't serve our bodies well, truly helps us set the stage for wellness.
