We are a local non-profit founded and run by retired Seattle Seahawk Mack Strong and his wife Dr. Zoe Higheagle Strong, a Nez Perce Tribal member. We serve kids growing up in urban, indigenous, and minority communities with high rates of poverty, drug and alcohol abuse, crime and neglect.
Our custom mentoring programs help strudents develop strong character, learn important life skills and make healthy life-style choices.
Our goal is to guide them toward academic success, to see their value in the community, to think positively and critically about their future, and to develop skills that allow them to pursue their potential.
TEAM-WORKS charity events provide the funding necessary to run these programs. Your participation, contribution, donation and volunteer time are KEY to keeping these programs active and serving more than 600 youth a year.
