Lynell Holden grew up in the city of El Sobrante, California which is in the Bay Area. Lynell is the mother of two kids, a 14 year old son and a 7 year old daughter. Lynell is currently a Notary Public and has been since 2006. Lynell followed in the footsteps of her stepmother who was also a real estate agent that used to sell several houses and then take a vacation of 3 to 4 months off of work at a time. It was at that point that Lynell realized that this is the career that she needed to be in.
So Lynell started in the real estate industry as a salesperson in 2006 with RE/Max Gold in Fairfield, Ca. Her first sale amazingly was a 10 unit apartment complex for $1,000,000. Lynell went on to work for her parents real estate company in 2008. She started their property management division. Simultaneously she managed the administrative, loan, and real estate agent staff, while carrying a full time job.
Lynell became a Broker in 2012, and is now the Broker and Owner of her real estate company Holden Homes Realty. In 2014 Lynell was the V.P. for The Solano Realtist Association. She went on to become the President for 2015 & 2016 of that same local chapter. Lynell is currently the 2nd Vice President for The California Association of Real Estate Brokers, in charge as the Membership and Technology Chairperson.
