Lois Collins/TAB facilitator

The Alternative Board is by invitation only twenty-five-year business membership organization made up of Presidents, CEOs/Owners or Managing partners of small to medium businesses who meet in confidential, facilitated Boards of between 5-8 members for four hours each month to become stronger leaders, set strategic and tactical direction for their companies and to achieve their personal as well as professional visions. Through membership in The Alternative Board, business owners and leaders will make better, more informed decisions faster. Each month these Boards of independent, experienced business owners guide each other and discuss specific challenges by providing their peers with results-driven strategic solutions to solve those challenges and opportunities in a relaxed and confidential atmosphere. Supported by monthly executive coaching sessions and proprietary planning and analytical tools, The Alternative Board members see real bottom line improvements to their businesses and enjoy a competitive advantage on a regular basis. The Alternative Board has been helping and supporting independent businesses and currently has over 3500 members in over 1,100 cities in the U.S., Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, and the Czech Republic.

Lois is the President and TAB certified facilitator of the Alternative Board of North Atlanta. She uses her twenty years of senior level business experience to help owners strategically manage and develop their businesses and their leadership teams discover, communicate and execute their vision by advising how executives can best grow their team’s capabilities to maximize results. She also specializes in facilitating executive strategic planning, vendor management, talent development, succession planning, organizational development, reaching alignment and building excitement around goal attainment.

Lois Collins is an accomplished and experienced executive who has held executive level roles in the service industry, such as Chief Human Resource officer. She has worked directly with CEOs, owners and Managing Partners of companies large and small; public and private. She was directly entrusted with significant P&L responsibilities. Lois understands the challenges and opportunities faced by business owners and is known for being the anchor that strengthens internal peer and executive level relationships. She also holds an MBA from Marylhurst University and is a TAB-Certified Facilitator.
