"Motivating, inspiring and engaging are just a few of the words used to describe Liz Dederer’s workshops!"

Before birthing a business and a baby in 2011, Sales & Money Coach Liz Dederer had a successful career developing people, teams, and businesses with international companies including Talbots, Avon and Carters & Oshkosh.

As a lead field trainer, Liz led the turn-around of an underperforming sales team to grow from under 300K to $1.2M in 6 months using motivational books, techniques and constant positive reinforcement.  Liz successfully initiated and contributed to the complete redesigned for an employee-training program for associates at over 500+ retail stores leading to a motivated, engaged and productive employee base.  Additionally, Liz has executed sales plans and developed growth strategies for start up, turnaround, high growth and venture capital backed companies.

While running her own company, Liz has counseled, coached, trained and spoken to countless start-up and high growth companies to exceed sales plans and reach new markets by focusing always on the people behind the business.  She has personally helped her clients overcome personal blocks holding them back from the success they’ve been striving for.  In 2015, Liz was on a national speaking tour reaching thousands of women in business across the country training on the topics of sales and money.

She has volunteered for SCORE, the Women’s Business Development Council, taught several entrepreneurial classes at various non-profits and is presently the Director of Communications for the Connecticut Chapter of the eWomenNetwork.

Liz is author the eBook, Speak Your Value, and has been featured on the international Women and Money Summit.

Liz is proudly a mom first and business owner second.  She takes any opportunity she can to read to her daughter’s pre-school class and is quickly becoming known as an active, engaged and ‘get-it-done’ mom in parent leadership in her local school district.
