Living Dance helps women and artists feel confident, happy, and sexy in their bodies and more importantly pro-active in their lives, through dance and the all-encompassing physical and mental excursion it demands.
Christina is a passionate performer, choreographer, and teacher in NYC. After graduating summa cum laude from Marymount Manhattan College with a B.F.A. in dance, she performed and taught worldwide as a professional modern artist with Parsons Dance and Buglisi Dance Theatre for over ten years. While actively performing, she became a N.A.S.M. certified personal trainer, a published author and speaker on body image issues, and the creative manager of the renowned barre program, Figure 4.
She most recently ventured out on her own to create, Living-Dance, a company that teaches women and dancers to first love their body and their craft, dream bigger, and achieve the physical results they crave - and actually keep them long-term. She works privately with women to make notable, progressive change in her Blissful Body sessions. In addition to teaching, she is choreographing and producing her own artistic work, currently titled The Gatsby Project. When not dancing, however rare, she is vino-ing, reading, sleeping, and occasionally spoiling herself with fashionable purchases.
