Lite Bites Meditations are nibbles of Meditation to dip into when time is limited. Any form of taking ‘time out’ for focussing on your breathing and being in the ‘here and now’ becomes a way of life the more frequently exercised.
With the help of Lite Bites Meditations you can allow this process to happen. There are no unrealistic goals made for the person who has an appetite for a dynamic, fast pace of living, but values their health and peace of mind.
Lite Bites Meditation is run by Lesley Talbot-Bowen. Lesley has spent 25 years in her professional role as a Practitioner of Complementary Medicine. She has a diploma in Naturopathy training with the London School of Naturopathy and Health Science, Holistic Massage, Physiology and Anatomy with the International Therapy Examination Council and Colour Therapy with the Institute of Complementary Medicine. Lesley ran her own meditation group for two years, specialising in Guided Visualisation using Colour as a focal point for relaxation to promote clarity and positive thinking.
Lesley is a versatile, sensitive and intuitive practitioner who is inspired by the results of the therapies she practices.
