Limitless Movement

Mitchell Provence, a dancer, mover, choreographer, and visionary is just simply obsessed with the interconnections between music and movement. Born in Curacao, his passion for dance developed in his early 20s, and it took him on a journey around the world. He has taught and performed in over 40+ countries, collaborating with many performing artists such as: Monica Melito ( Studio Owner U-Dance, ), Sekou McMiller (resident teacher & choreographer at the Ailey Extension, NYC), Melissa Rosado (mambo dancer and teacher, NYC), Carla Voconi (mambo dancer & teacher, Rome) and has a strong artistic collaboration with Sarah Balzat (performing artist, teacher, community leader, Berlin Germany).

Through his journey, Mitchell has developed a method ( Limitless Movement) that focuses on helping students accepting both their artistic and personal identity.

In stripping shapes and embracing the beauty of the human body and the interconnection it has with music opens the door to tell your own story through movement. The physical communication of our bodies is mostly put in boundaries that we grow to believe that cannot be broken. Let’s explore them together, in an environment where acceptance is the core value of our community.
