Karen Atiles is a leadership and business coach who helps individuals and organizations develop their leadership intelligence to make better decisions, lead more effectively and produce impactful results. As a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, her 20 years of unique leadership experiences transcend over to many organizational situations, allowing the opportunity for shared understanding of challenges, from generational gaps to team building issues. Karen has coached U.S., Ukrainian, Bulgarian, U.K. and Romanian leaders on global leadership skills, change management, and process improvement.

After retiring from the military in 2016, she founded Lifelong Development and has since been a coach, speaker and huge supporter of veterans and women business owners. She is passionate about helping everyone gain the confidence and resources to meet their goals. Atiles’ clients refer to her as an ‘excuse assassin’ and describe Karen as someone who accelerates leadership development and business goals while ensuring all ‘buckets’ of life are tended to.

In her spare time, she loves to travel and experience different cultures with her husband and two daughters. Karen has visited 38 countries and has a goal to visit 50 by the age of 50.
