Life & Transformational Healing Coach and Speaker, Michelle Jackson

I am a wife, mother, John Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker, Certified Life and Transformational Healing Coach, Motivational Speaker, Self-Published author of 3 books, Poet and Volunteer for NAMI Chicago (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and AFSP IL(American Foundation for Suicide Prevention).

As an overcomer of severe depression, 4 suicide attempts, molestation, incest and sexual abuse, I work with clients to pursue forgiveness, healing, love and purpose thereby creating their best life. Through my coaching, speaking and poetry, I help to navigate women and men to overcome past trauma by designing pathways and processes to recovery and restoration. Additionally, in my own process to freedom and purpose, speaking and coaching have been cathartic.

I have spoken on stages domestically and internationally, performed poetry for Chicago's Black Women's Expo and additional prestigious venues and have been featured and published in several online magazines and talk radio shows.

Today, I offer a variety of programs and services – ranging from group coaching to seminars and keynote motivational speaking with a focus on Sexual Assault, Mental Health and Balance and Suicide Awareness and Prevention.

My mantra: "If you don't have the life you desire, create it and hold on with both hands and when it's secure, reach back and pass on the lessons learned." I believe that despite where we’ve been, what we’ve done or where we are, we can become who we desire to be when we choose to believe that success is possible.
