Laura Burns

Laura is a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 200) specializing in body-positive movement and self-love through yoga, hooping, meditation, and coaching. She believes that every body is a yoga body, and that there are options available to make yoga poses work for each of us regardless of size, age, or mobility.
