BACKGROUND
Work with me to discover how to build confidence to solve problems using social media, technology, and resources!

My educational credentials include a Masters in Science degree in Education, a Bachelor in Science degree in Business Education for Information Technology, and an Associates in Applied Science degree for Information Systems and Helpdesk Support. I am pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management and plan to graduate in 2015.

Adult college students who have taken classes with me, built confidence and solved problems using social media networking sites and social media mobile apps on tablets, smartphones, computers to find jobs, reflect their personal brand, and improve employment marketing skills. My work history includes designing over 65 hands-on courses for social media websites, mobile apps using social media, technology, and career classes. I have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, solving problems, efficiency, and money saving methods.

I've earned an A+ certification, MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) Master certification, and am a GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator) candidate. As a Sr. Technician & Technology Trainer at a fortune 100 company, UPS used my skills to effectively solve technical issues for hardware, software, networks, and designated me to train district managers and over 3,000 district employees.
