Kris Lewis, Saint Louis Support Center Owner

Since 1989, Kris has served in varied roles as a teacher, school administrator, trainer, consultant to non-profits and schools, and executive leadership coach.  In addition to running St. Louis Support Center, Kris now works in part-time private practice as a professional counselor.

Through current and previous work as an organizational consultant, Kris has provided a variety of original presentations on many topics including helping youth to heal from past trauma, cultural competence, diversity & inclusion, postsecondary persistence, and nonprofit leadership. Consulting clients and speaking engagements have included Deaconess Foundation, The United Way of Greater St. Louis, The College Board, St. Louis Graduates (affiliated with The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis), Voices for Children, Missouri Health Care for All (project administered by Nonprofit Services Center and funded by Missouri Foundation for Health), Childgarden, Belle Children’s Services, Aim High- St. Louis, The Greater St. Louis Community Foundation, Paraquad, Sherwood Forest Camp, Guardian Angel Settlement Association, United Cerebral Palsy Heartland, Epworth, Washington University College Advising Corps, Boy's Hope Girl's Hope, Grace Hill Settlement House, Sprouts of Peace, Love the Lou, Boys and Girls Club, Creve Coeur Counseling Associates, Missouri Mental Health Counselors Association, Diversity Awareness Partnership, Confluence Preparatory Academy, De La Salle Middle School, Northwest R-1 School District, and St. Louis Public Schools.
