Krannert School of Management EBV Program

The Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (EBV) offers cutting edge, experiential training in entrepreneurship and small business management to post 9/11 soldiers, sailors, aviators, and marines with disabilities resulting from their service to our country.

Purdue’s Krannert School of Management offered its first EBV in 2009.  The logic behind the program was to leverage the academic expertise within business schools to serve those men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country.

From the beginning, the program was conceived as a social venture, where we would provide world-class training in entrepreneurship and small business management to veterans with disabilities, without any cost whatsoever to the veteran.  Our firm belief was that our veterans had already earned the price of admission, as a consequence of their military service.

EBV provides them an important step towards realizing their part of the American dream they helped to defend. Purdue's EBV program helps answer the question of what happens to the warrior after the war--we turn warriors into entrepreneurs.
