Kirsten helps organizational leaders determine the best strategies that will help them accomplish their goals, and then provides the tools needed to inspire, influence and empower their teams; connect with stakeholders; and develop step-by step plans to achieve goals (including strategic fundraising planning) through training, strategy sessions and consulting.
Kirsten’s experiences have included significant time in the non-profit sector serving in senior management roles. It also includes several years in the for-profit world most recently as an entrepreneur herself, as well as serving as the comptroller for a gift packaging company and as the office manager for a few local businesses. She has an MBA; a Bachelor of Social Work degree; is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker; DISCflex Certified Coach; and a Certified Fund Raising Executive.
When not working to equip and empower people, Kirsten sculpts, is attempting to learn to speak Danish, and enjoys living in historic New Albany, Indiana with her husband Rob and dog Cedar.
