Khanh Tran-Thanh

Chef and Ko-Kan founder, Khanh grew up in Montreal as a second-generation Vietnamese kid. Her dishes are a celebration of her Vietnamese heritage and culinary journeys to the four corners of the earth, expressed using seasonal and local ingredients. Ko-Kan is her Hackney-based catering company cooking and delivering world-inspired dishes for a range of events – pop-ups, private and corporate events for up to 70 people.
