For 4 years straight I was pregnant or nursing from 3 miscarriages and my 2 sons, Dash, and Dunk. With each pregnancy, I put on another 20-25 pounds. By the time I delivered Dunk I was not only well overweight, but my body was in a stage of pre-menopause.... I had to do something. Having run marathons and living an active lifestyle prior to my first pregnancy, I was pretty confident in getting my body back healthy. Boy was I wrong...
For 3 years I tried everything from different workouts to shakes, pills, diets, fancy equipment, to even working with personal trainers that GUARANTEED me results...
