A little bit about me... 

First and foremost I am a yoga student, I am also lucky enough to teach yoga and meditation to others.  I also love to hold workshops, retreats, gratitude and support circles.  I am a true lover of yoga and want to share this beautiful practice with as many people as possible. 

Yoga always gives me a feeling of coming back to myself, a feeling of coming home. No matter what else is going on in oga always gives me a feeling of coming back to myself, a feeling of coming home. No matter what else is going on in my life, once I roll out my mat I know everything is going to be OK.  Nothing else that I have ever experienced has guided me so deeply into my heart and into my truth.   Yoga & meditation have always been my go to, my way to get through hard times in my life.  I find there is an internal strength that evolves from the practice of yoga and there can be so much we can learn on our mats about ourselves, and about how we approach our life.     

This is why I now teach yoga, to hold space for others to find some peace in our often busy life's, to find some time to give to themselves and to get to know themselves a little better.
