Kauffman Fellows, established in 1995 and based in Silicon Valley, fosters leaders in innovation and capital formation.Inspired by Ewing Marion Kauffman and his legacy of conducting business with scrupulous honesty and fairness, we measure our success by the number of new businesses we nurture and inspire, by the longevity of these businesses, and by the long-term returns generated for entrepreneurs, investors, and society as a whole.

Our two-year intensive mastery-level program is comprised of seven 3.5-day modules scheduled each quarter, and is based on practices of the world’s best investors. Each module delivers nuanced insights on key themes of investing from how to fine tune a personal investment thesis to how to leverage understanding of human dynamics to produce more win-win deals.

Fellows are challenged to accelerate their impact through self-reflection, peer learning, 1-on-1 mentoring, and a structured curriculum taught by leading venture capitalists and global thought leaders.

Our global network of 525 Fellows in more than 40 countries includes some of the most trusted, diverse, and respected investors. Most hold senior decision-making positions in roles as venture capitalists, corporate VCs, and LPs.

Kauffman Fellows has a strong commitment to diversity, actively recruiting individuals who believe our community is stronger and better when we value and respect everyone. This essential core value guides us in our service to entrepreneurs, investors and colleagues.

Applications are now open for Class 23, which commences on June 24, 2018. Please visit our website, kauffmanfellows.org, for more information.
