Kathleen Mills - Ethics CEU Speaker | Complaint Consultant|

It is my belief, after 27 years of personal experience, that our profession is in a state of crisis; that both mental health counselors and colleagues in related disciplines are
practicing perilously close to a disastrous end and most are not aware of it. I see this as a result of inadequate preparation by our universities, and I place a great majority of the problem squarely at the feet of our various Boards, and ill-advised collusion between them and groups with their own agendas.
We believe in paying-it-forward to the next generation of mental health professionals by maximizing their time, money and energy in order to develop and cultivate their private practice. We also believe that if you plan smart, you will feel safer and will know how to serve others utilizing a better daily operations plan.
Our primary objective is to reach new and prospective professionals in the
mental health and related counseling professions, first in the State of Texas then the other 49, and teach them to Protect, Equip, and Defend themselves.

  • To provide the information they need:
  • To Protect their families, property, and businesses;
  • To Equip them with the information they need to run their practices
  • efficiently as well as maintain compliance with State and Federal laws;
  • And to Defend themselves from all people and marketplace forces that have
  • the power to destroy what they have worked so hard to build.
  • We will accomplish this teaching objective online, through live workshop groups, and one-on-one consultation opportunities, to prevent what happened to me, from happening to you.
