Junior League of Orange County, California, Inc.

Who Are We?

The Junior League of Orange County California, Inc. (JLOCC) is a women’s volunteer organization committed to improving the lives of the underserved in the Orange County community through the effective action and leadership of its trained members.

Mission Statement

The JLOCC is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. The JLOCC reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism.


The members of the JLOCC share a vision of a community in which the health, safety, and education of all individuals are promoted and supported.


The JLOCC has approximately 700 members composed of active members, provisional members in training, and sustaining members.

Community Impact

As a solely educational and charitable organization, the JLOCC’s trained volunteers actively support the community through collaboration with organizations that promote and support the health, safety and education of all individuals.  The organization awards thousands of dollars in grants and scholarships each year.
