Not your average yoga teacher, I believe in a world that makes yoga approachable for everyone, beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Teaching primarily using contemporary methods, I like to bring together a blend of mindfulness, strength training and play to my classes. Those that know me, know I don't take myself too seriously and I run my classes the same way. My main objective is to make you feel better walking out the door than you did walking in - whatever it takes! 

 Practice with me and experience the positive changes that a little bit of sweat, breathing, fun, and concentration can have on your health and wellbeing.
