My name is Jiaoshi Andrea. "Jioashi" means instructor. It is a name that I have been given by Shifu Costantino Valente, founder of Nei Qi Gong. I am one of his direct students. I teach Nei Qi Gong online via individual and group classes and lead worldwide seminars in English, Spanish, and Italian.

I am an advanced Nei Qi Gong practitioner. I started practicing at the beginning of 2017. Later, I became an authorized instructor of the Nei Qi Gong Fu school, recognized by FEETAM (Spanish Federation of Traditional Schools of Martial Arts, recognized by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior).

My goal is to spread the Nei Qi Gong system worldwide. It is a practical, down-to-earth, effective, and powerful discipline that transformed my life completely and I hope it could do the same to many other people.
