Jessica Ring
Jessica Ring is a natural perfumer, essential oil distiller, teacher, and writer who spends her time working primarilty in the realm of healing aromatics. This marriage of chemistry, ecology, and healing herbalism has allowed her to share many beautiful experiences with other distillers, natural perfumers, and medicine people. Jessica is the owner of Ring Botanicals, a small natural perfume house in the Pacific NW specializing in the sustainable extraction of tree oils and organically grown herbs and flowers. The purpose of this work is to bring about beauty, and catalyze healing, through the silent hand of fragrance, which is the blossoming voice of the land.
Jessica is under contract with Timber Press for the publication of her first book, Plant Essential Oils, which is a guide to making natural perfume and aromatic medicine from plants. Due out 2017.
