I come to my mat most days as a student of Yoga. I love learning about and diving into the vastness of this practice. Every day is a new journey on my mat and that’s why I keep returning day after day. I practice mostly to feel the connection between myself and divine nature of our universe. I also practice to feel alive and free, and to challenge myself in this daily existence.
I’m constantly exploring and learning new ways to instruct the student to embrace the teacher within and to explore the continuous evolution of ourselves. My goal as an instructor is to help my clients relax and release pain and tension from the body. Zen Flow, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda have all become my focus as I’m humbled by the profound transformations I’ve encountered though these practices. I’ve helped my clients find relief from pain and heal from both physical and emotional trauma. The rewards are endless for both me and my clients. When attending my classes, expect a heartwarming, safe and playful environment without judgment or pressure. Expect a slow and mindful flow sequence with breath work and guided relaxation.
When I’m off on the mat, I curate a local Cleveland yoga community online at PlanetPrana.com and am the founder of the CLE Yoga Teacher’s Kula. In 2016 I began producing a Cleveland based yoga podcast featuring classes and interviews hosted by Zen Jenn and featuring teachers from the local Cleveland community and beyond. It has become passion to help unite the entire yoga community in Cleveland. I’m a full time wife and mother of two kids, one dog and two cats! My other passions are music and reading. I try to get outside as often as I can to connect with nature and experience the beauty of our home, planet earth.
