Jasmine Williams

The “GreenRealEstateMom” is Jasmine S. Williams a local Realtor at Keller Williams Philly who thinks about preserving "green" (Money and the Environment).


 Jasmine S Williams was born and raised in Philadelphia. Attended the prestigious Philadelphia public school of Albert M. Greenfield and briefly attended George Washington Carver school for Engineering and Science. After finishing high school in Minneapolis, Minnesota she migrated back to Philadelphia, PA to attend Drexel University studying Business Administration. Philadelphia is truly where her heart and family are and that where she raises her two children. With a background in business Jasmine set her sights in affordable housing property management.


For 5 years she managed Historic Tax credit properties for Low to moderate income individuals. After that she explored luxury properties in the field of property management .Having a creative knack for design, arts and crafts and all things that look good Jasmine has been in Real estate sales to help individuals find that perfect place to call home. A licensed Realtor since 2009, Jasmine is a registered Realtor member with the National Association, Pennsylvania Association, and our local board, the Montgomery County Realtor Association. She is an active member of her church Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church.


In addition to holding an ARM (Accredited residential manager) designation , Jasmine is a dedicated single parent raising two children in Cheltenham, PA . Briaire and Kyaire keep her connected to what matters most to her clients , providing productive environments for their family.


In 2017 Jasmine formed a Real Estate team under the Keller Williams Brokerage called “The Philadelphia Real Estate Group” . She hand picked buyers agents that model her concierge services for the teams clients and instilling the same values that she has learned over the years. The team has gotten off to a gigantic start servicing clients in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
