Jaime and Lisa Castro are the founders of Significant Impact™, a faith-centered business, devoted to helping people build healthier relationships, discover purpose, and live lives that truly matter.

For more than two decades, they owned a thriving health-coaching business that directly and indirectly, transformed hundreds of thousands of lives. After recently selling that business, they stepped into a new season focused on marriage retreats, purpose-driven coaching, speaking engagements, and workshops—all designed to strengthen people from the inside out.

Lisa is currently writing her book on joy, purpose, faith, and identity, while Jaime brings his steady leadership, wisdom, and heart for serving others. Together, they also run a boutique property management company, lovingly caring for their homes and creating spaces where people can connect, refresh, and grow.

Whether teaching couples, mentoring leaders, or creating intentional experiences, their mission is simple:
