Island Vybe Dance Fitness

We dance... for real. A cross between jammin at carnival, whining up at the club and choreographed video sequences.

We squat... sexy squats. Nothing is basic with us. Not your normal 1, 2, 3, 4 squats... but booty popping, whine and get low squats.

We run... with flags. We wave, we scream, we do the absolute most when we run. Soca is never quiet even while we run.

We do arm work...serious arm work. We never stop moving. We Palance, we Work to Stabby...we are about being strong.

We do abs... in every song. Not your standing abs. We move our waist lines and engage our core with every motion. As carnival season comes, we hit the floor with our 5 minute ab clinic.
