Islamic Society of Central Wisconsin (ISCW), Masjid Al-Noor, is a non-political, charitable, religious, social, cultural, educational, and not-for-profit organization, founded in April 2003 with a need to cater Muslims in and around Central Wisconsin for their religious and spiritual needs.
