Intelligent Body Yoga Studio

Our studio motto is, Feel Good!

Here, we accomplish this through movement and focusing the mind on the body while moving. Currently, the vehicles we travel in are Yoga, Pilates and Franklin Method of Imagery.

Yoga links the breath with movements and held stretches. Pilates teaches us to move from the deepest layers of muscle, referred to as the core. Imagery provides a picture of what is happening inside the body as we move.

We offer classes and individual training sessions. Come join us, and discover how good you too can feel.
