Immigrant-owned small businesses play an essential role in New York City's economy. As part of our ongoing commitment to serving the City's immigrant entrepreneurs, the NYC Department of Small Business Services has developed a number of business courses and resources specifically for speakers of Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Korean, Haitian Creole, French, Bengali, Urdu, and Arabic.

For more information on immigrant entrepreneurs in New York City, and the de Blasio administration's commitment to supporting immigrant New Yorkers, as well as the specific programs and initiatives designed to strengthen immigrant communities, read our paper Unlocking Potential: Empowering New York City's Immigrant Entrepreneurs.
