The ILRC is a non-profit, 501 (c) 3, assisting people with disabilities in Northeast Florida. The ILRC is a consumer driven, community based, non-residential organization, providing services since 1978. Our Center reaches five counties throughout Northeast Florida, including: Duval, Baker, Clay, Nassau, and St Johns. The Center stands as Jacksonville’s leading cross-disability based organization, providing personalized services to people with disabilities.
Our goal is to provide support, through offering over twenty programs and services all at no charge so that you may reach an independent, self-empowered life. We continually practice the independent living philosophy and as such the ILRC is staffed and governed by individuals with disabilities, allowing us to always have our finger on the pulse of disability related issues.
