I Run Success was founded to help runners find success in their running, and to bring back the joy.  I Run Success is founded on 3 pillars.  Training, Nutrition and Injury Prevention.  When these 3 pillars work in harmony, running becomes a joy.  Our running philosophy is based on the 3 pillars that are crucial to successful running: training, nutrition and injury prevention. The 3 pillars are interconnected and when they are applied together, the results are exceptional. Miss one out, and the results are mediocre at best.
 

Training

Training ensures our body can adapt to the demands of running.

Nutrition

Nutrition supports our body during training, and can aid performance in racing.

Injury prevention

Injury prevention allows us to enjoy our running, ensuring we can train consistently and pain free.

When everything goes right, running really is a joy.
