House of Hope Maryland in partnership with Leona Ba, Certified John Maxwell Team Member

Leona Ba  has been called a "citizen of the world" since she comes from a multicultural background and has been traveling around the world since she was one year old. She develops the cultural intelligence knowledge and skills of executives and emerging leaders, integrating her own personal and professional experience living and working in countries in four continents. She designed the course Culture and Evaluation, which she teaches at the Evaluators' Institute. Leona is perfectly bilingual in French and English and holds a Doctorate inn Human Resource Development and Organizational Development from the George Washington University.  She enjoys sharing her passion for leadership development and cultural intelligence with teenagers and young adults through volunteering as a trainer and coach. She also serves on the board of House of Hope Maryland, a Christian organization dedicated to empowering at-risk teens to transform their lives through structured education, Christian counseling and spiritual guidance
