Like you, leadership expert and personal empowerment coach Tanya M. Hill has seen the word leadership defined in a variety of ways. Is it charisma and positive thinking? Is it title and position? Is it all about the situation? Is it meant only for the chosen few who rise to the top by hook or by crook? Or is there a different story?
With over 20 years of leadership experience, coaching, speaking, and most importantly, real-life trial and error practical learning, her view is radically different. Tanya embraces, and shares with others, that true leaders lead from within before they lead those without. After overcoming a difficult and traumatic childhood, Tanya was empowered by several coaches and mentors who invested the time and energy to equip her to rise above the social pressure to accept the status quo. By learning to harness the power to lead herself first, not only has she become a dynamic and effective leader, she has also initiated the movement to empower others to develop personally and professionally and become great leaders in families, communities and organizations across the country.
Tanya has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in English; Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Organizational Change and Counseling; and, the national designation of Nevada Certified Public Manager (NVCPM). Tanya is also a member of the John Maxwell Team for Professional Coaches, Speakers, and Trainers. Partner with Tanya and H.O.P.E. to transform your life and your organization.
