Holy Smoke is an award-winning barbecue restaurant, situated on Little Hanover Street. The only in Cork, the restaurant specializes in pit-smoked BBQ, cooked low-and-slow for four to sixteen hours. Our internationally-renowned chefs John Relihan, Jamie Oliver's protégé and former head chef of his London Barbecoa restaurant, and Decky Walsh ensure all of our dishes are always prepared to the highest standards.

All our custom cuts of fresh 100% Irish meats are smoked in-house daily and are served with carefully selected varieties of home-made garnish to complement each dish. Holy Smoke's wood and charcoal are sourced from only sustainable woodlands and are free from nasty chemicals. Each cut of meat is coated with one of our three custom-blend Smoke House Original Dry Rubs. The dry-rubbed meat is then cooked in our specially imported smoker and regularly basted using our handmade Herb Brush to build even more flavour and complexity. The meats, sides, and extras are finished on Holy Smoke's custom-built BBQ grill, to complete that mouth-watering smoky BBQ taste. 

Holy Smoke offers a unique dining experience in Cork and regularly hosts gourmet events, like "Chef's Table" and "Taste of Cork." The events offer guests a chance to taste the most exquisite Irish BBQ cuisine dishes in a private setting, with an in-depth look at the process and secrets behind, and careful pairing with a selection of Cork's best craft beer or Irish whiskey.
