After 15 years of direct-service to children and families Ayesha Hall, Known by her students as “Mrs. Ayesha,” embraces her own theory and practice of learning and achievement. In her 7th year as a Certified School Psychologist, she continues to cultivate her practice by drawing from the collaboration of experiences in field of mental health and wellness, with children, parents and elderly adults of many different abilities and diverse populations of inner-city non-profit organizations, private, and federal education systems and of both general and specialized Education alike.

Mrs.Ayesha founded Hall Achievers, Psych-Ed. Consulting Agency in 2014 to assist fellow educators with the difficult task of enhancing and creating innovative systems of support for tomorrows’ Leaders. As a private education service provider, the education specialists and thought leaders of Hall Achievers P.E.C. are free to use their specialized set of abilities to take bold action to empower students' family members, school employees, community based organizations and professionals. Using a Consultee-Centered approach to the Behavioral-Eclectic model of Consultation, Ayesha’s multi-cultural edge to evidenced-based resources and information, offers clients quick and individualized access to assistance where it’s needed most.
