Grant Professionals Association - Los Angeles Chapter

The Los Angeles County Chapter of GPA offers a local venue in which to network and to exchange ideas, methodologies and resources. Through bi-monthly roundtable meetings, we provide an informal opportunity to meet other local grant professionals.
Mission
The Grant Professionals Association (GPA) is the premier membership organization of grant professionals. GPA helps you do your job better whether you work in education, government, the nonprofit sector or private enterprise. If you have an interest in and commitment to the grants profession and the philanthropic community we serve, GPA is for you.
Company Overview
The Los Angeles Chapter of GPA offers a local venue in which to network and to exchange ideas, methodologies and resources. Join us for a little networking, learning and socializing at our regularly scheduled bi-monthly roundtable discussions scheduled the 3rd Wednesday of every other month from 9am to 10:30am.
Description
The Grant Professionals Association (formerly American Association of Grant Professionals-AAGP), a nonprofit membership association, builds and supports an international community of grant professionals committed to serving the greater public good by practicing the highest ethical and professional standards. GPA members come from every state in the Union (and beyond) and represent every level and every sector of the grants field. Membership is open to any individual with an interest in and commitment to the grants profession. Our members are:

•Grant administrators and program managers
•Directors of development
•Program development directors and specialists
•Grantmakers and funders
•Proposal and program evaluators
•Independent consultants
•Grantsmanship trainers and other service providers
•Executive directors and board members of public and private organizations
