Flint City Riveters Women's Tackle Football Team


The Flint City Riveters is a women's full-contact tackle football team based out of Flint, Michigan, and is one of more than 65 teams that belongs to the National  Women’s Football Alliance (WFA) league.

 

The WFA has been long-standing as the most successful and largest league for women's tackle football since 2007. With more than 65 teams in 11 divisions, the Riveters are one of 14 teams that belong to the Northeast Region.

 

The Flint City Riveters was assembled in 2015 and continues to be managed and operated by Louise Ogadinma, who is a player as well. The Riveters aim to provide a platform for women to chase their dreams and challenge themselves mentally and physically while being part of a team and family atmosphere.
