Eric has over 15 years of experience mentoring Millennials and has a clear understanding of the differences between them and other generations, and what it takes to attract, develop and retain them.

Finally, he has over 20 years of entrepreneurial business experience, and over a decade of experience working with a variety of construction and engineering companies from $2m-$500m annual revenue. He helps them increase profitability by clarifying their business purpose, build strategic plans, develop their best people, solve their toughest problems, and execute their most important priorities.
