Hi, I'm Leela and I love bodies.  I love the way they move, I love the way they feel, and I love the way they are so, so wise.  I started my journey as a totally-in-my-head little kid, and have retrieved my intense love of sensation and touch and connection from the places where I almost lost them.  It has made my life so very incredibly much better, so that's what I help people with.  My clients have chosen MUCH better careers, exercised more, improved their sex lives, and moved cross-country to much better lives...all informed by what their bodies already knew. When you do this work your brain doesn't get out of the game, it just has a companion source of smartness.  Come to this workshop to experience a little bit of what I do: a little talk, a little movement, a little practical practice.  See you there!
