Dustin Tate Grant

Dustin Tate Grant PharmD, BCPS, Assistant Director of Admissions and Student Affairs and Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and obtained his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Wingate University. He completed a PGY1 residency with Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, Indiana and subsequently completed a PGY2 Internal Medicine residency with The University of Texas at Austin and Seton Healthcare Family in Austin, Texas. Dr. Grant is currently an Internal Medicine Clinical Specialist at Intermountain Medical Center. His daily activities include precepting pharmacy residents and students, working on quality improvement projects, managing anticoagulation, glucose, and antibiotic management per collaborative practice agreements, and discharge counseling, and transitions of care. He teaches at Roseman University College of Pharmacy in the areas of nephrology, gastroenterology, drug information and critical care. His practice interests include academia, gastroenterology, nephrology, nutrition, infectious disease, and medication safety.
